Another Harvest Complete

As another bountiful harvest season draws to a close at KBM (KBM), we find ourselves reflecting on the beauty of community and the invaluable support we have received from our friends and supporters. This year, we were blessed to have the assistance of dedicated volunteers who joined us in the labor-intensive task of bringing in the harvest. Their generosity and hard work have made a tangible difference in the lives of our missionaries and the surrounding community, for which we are deeply grateful. It is always so uplifting to have our friends come from afar. They absolutely lift our spirits and spur us on.

We are thankful for our free range cattle herd on Woody Island. These animals play a vital role in providing sustenance for the missionaries and local families in need. In a place where access to a consistent food supply is not always guaranteed due to our remote location, the presence of our livestock provides a sense of security and stability. We are continually reminded of the profound impact that faithful supporters have in enabling us to fulfill this essential part of our mission.

We believe in the importance of stewardship, acknowledging our duty to ensure the well-being and welfare of the animals under our care. Through this compassionate and conscientious approach, we strive to embody the values of kindness and responsibility that are central to our faith.

As we reflect on the completion of another harvest season, we are humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve, and we look forward to the continued journey ahead.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who have contributed to the success of our harvest season and the continued care of our livestock.
