American Baptist Home Mission Societies Traveled to Historic Woody Island where some of our first Missionaries Tread.
Dr. Jeff Haggray, ABHMS Executive Director, sat completely immersed in the song being sung by a group of Kodiak Baptist Mission's preschoolers. He followed their actions with a huge smile, singing right along with them. It was pure joy to see the leader of the Home Mission Societies at the level of a child, valuing their time and giving them his full undivided attention.
It was a delightful visit and reaffirming to know that while Kodiak Baptist Mission is far from our Valley Forge, Pennsylvania headquarters we are by no means forgotten, but a valued partner in ministry.
